Contact improvisation 

Contact Improvisation is a dance practice that explores physical principles and movement as a dialogue. It can be soft and subtle, or highly physical and playful, always shaped by the connection between the dancers.

In the classes we learn the basic principles for moving together, such as leading and following, weightsharing into sliding and rolling, moving in and out of the floor, technique for lifts, dynamic body tension and much more.

We explore moving through sensing our bodies and exploring the possibilities together in improvisation, like a research with many answers and nuances. It fosters awareness of one’s own body, boundaries and communication - often practitioners say that the dance reflects aspects from their own life.
